Ein wunderschönes Haus, oben am Berg mit großartiger Aussicht. Sehr großzügig auch für eine größere Familie, Küche prima ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Duccio ist besonders nett und sehr sehr hilfsbereit! Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!
What a special place. We had 8 nights here, but it felt like 2 weeks. Such a restful place & the views are even more impressive in person. The house was bigger than we expected, which was a lovely surprise & very stylish throughout. The focus of this holiday was too relax, but we also enjoyed exploring nearby villages & a few castles. The Galleria Nazionale at Urbino was terrific. As was the beach at Franco. But mostly we enjoyed hanging out by the pool (a little plunge pool, perfect for cooling off). We had dinner with kids at the local pizzeria a few times- very good for families. And if you want a date night, there a fabulous restaurant 800 metres down the road from the house. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was so lovely & really looked after us. An incredible holiday experience. Highly recommend
Entspannung pur! Wir haben eine tolle Woche auf Duccios wunderbarem Anwesen verbracht: das herrlich gelegene Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und komfortabel (prima Betten, moderne Bäder, schöne Terrassen …). Unsere aufmerksamen Gastgeber haben uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps zum Baden oder Sightseeing versorgt und wir wurden von Duccio aufs Beste bekocht! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

The house is very big and confortable, beautiful and quiet surroundings. Ideal for a stay with kids. We had a great stay and highly recommend it. Duccio is the sweetest host, always available and super helpful. We also highly recommend the diner cooked by Duccio, who is a very good chef. Thanks again for a lovely vacation.
Great quiet place with a beautiful view! Really enjoyed our stay there!
The location is just as we expected it: remote and quiet. We had a wonderful time relaxing, cooking and bathing in the pool. The pool is not too big but enough to cool down and enjoy the beautiful views with a good wine. The house is renovated very nicely and the three bathrooms are new. All the beds (incl. the baby bed) are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything one might need to prepare fresh dishes. Our host was very friendly and available anytime. We can definitely recommend this house.
Breathtaking views in an amazing and very convenient, comfortable and well-stocked house. The house is even bigger and nicer than the pictures show and easily accomodates mutiple families. Duccio is a wonderful and entertaining host and a great cook as well! Would recommend this house to anybody looking for privacy, comfort and typical Italian hospitality.
