The ground floor of the holiday villa holds a very suggestive living room with fireplace: the exposed roof, together with the beams and terracotta tiles make the environment warm and welcoming.
The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need: stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and various dishes.
The main living area is perfectly aligned with the style of the building: furnished with contemporary elements, it is littered with original objects and works by the Designer Duccio Ducci.
To make this area of the villa even more impressive, there is the large panoramic window, thanks to which the internal and external environment seem to merge: ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view, perhaps reading a good book or simply getting lost in the green hills of the Montefeltro, close to Urbino.
The upper level of the Kunst Haus Ducci villa holds the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms: the “Piero Della Francesca” room and the “Michelangelo” room, both furnished with Design elements. These two rooms retain their original style with exposed beams and stone walls: the ideal atmosphere to enjoy a holiday in the Marche between art, nature and relaxation.
The upper level, used as the main sleeping area, opens with a small sitting room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a traditional stove: the environment is very intimate and comfortable, a sensation evoked by the combination of stone and wood and by the use of warm colors.
On the same level there is the sleeping area with the two main bedrooms. The “Piero Della Francesca” room is a double room, for 2 people, with an en suite bathroom, while “Michelangelo” is a very large double bedroom, where two comfortable single beds can be added; the bathroom is outside the room, but for its private use.
In the underlying area of the ground floor adjacent to the Living area we have a perfect combination of two other bedrooms; a double bedroom (Raffaello) where you can add a comfortable single bed and a second bedroom (Privacy Open) set up if necessary according to customer needs with two single beds or a double bed on request.

Both rooms have striking architecture, exposed beams, terracotta tiles and partially stone walls. The furnishings are rustic, but elegant; they are spacious and airy environments in which it is particularly pleasant to relax and enjoy moments of relaxation.
